Pooja Katira, BDS, MDS

Dr. Pooja Katira was born and raised in Mumbai, India, where she earned her BDS and MDS in Pediatric Dentistry. Her experiences providing oral health education and care in rural communities inspired her passion for making quality dental care accessible to children and families.

After moving to the United States, Dr. Katira gained valuable clinical experience in Boston through preceptorships and assisting in dental practices. She recently completed her Pediatric Dentistry residency at Loma Linda University in California, where she cared for a diverse group of children, including those with special healthcare needs.

Dr. Katira is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care and hopes to continue to help children grow up with healthy, confident smiles.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new cafés, Bollywood dancing, and reading. She looks forward to getting to know her patients and their families and helping each child feel happy, comfortable, and confident at the dentist!
